Fantastic take on the classic novel, compelling, intriguing, funny and a bargain at £3.99 HD during mega movie week - thanks Play Store! Knocking a star off though bc it's wrong to use horses; it's time to move away from slavery. Animals are here *with us, not *for us and are certainly not for entertainment. Otherwise, hats off to the writers especially and then everyone else involved too: GREAT stuff!

This is an outstanding period drama packed with action, romance and comedy. The wait for the next episode was excruciating. What I love most, though, is how it takes on deeper themes and masterfully blends the story with serious issues like slavery, lawlessness and murder and even brings in what I imagine to be an early form of forensics. I enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it. Brilliant acting, costumes and sets. Loved the humour and romance. Must watch.

Couldn't of asked for more,There have been several remakes of the musketeers but I can guarantee you that BBC have pushed it so far it is more than 12/10
