An intense psychological thriller, from acclaimed writer/director Alex Garland (28 Days Later, Sunshine), EX_MACHINA is a chilling vision of the not-too-distant future of artificial intelligence. In the mountain retreat of a gifted internet billionaire, a young man takes part in a strange experiment: testing an artificial intelligence, housed in the body of a beautiful robot girl. Faszinierend mysteriös, keine Action... Wenn man keine Fabel für ruhige, langsame Sci-Fi hat sollte man lieber die Finger von dem Film lassen. Der Film glänzt weniger durch Action und Gewalt, vielmehr geht es um psychologische Spielchen rund um Ethik und künstliche Intelligenz. Mir hat der Film deswegen so gut gefallen, weil die Humanoiden extrem plastisch (real) wirken, das fand ich sehr befremdlich aber faszinierend anzusehen.

Der Film hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Eines Tages können wir uns unseren perfekten Partner/in selber produzieren/programmieren. Das Ende fand ich jetzt nicht so toll. Da hätte man sich wirklich mehr einfallen lassen können.

Genau die Art SciFi-Film, die ich mag. So wie auch A.I. von Stephen Spielberg oder die schwedischen Science-Fiction-Serie "Real Humans".
