1 House of Pancakes / Missing Mom and Dad

The Pajanimals learn that tomorrow morning, Mom is making waffles instead of her usual pancakes, which upsets Sweet Pea Sue because she doesn’t like trying new things. The Pajanimals go to Storybook Land where Chef Edwin helps Sweet Pea Sue to see that trying new things isn’t something she should fear. Chef Edwin whips up some fresh, hot waffles and Sweet Pea Sue loves them! / At bedtime, Sweet Pea Sue misses Mom and Dad and wishes she could sneak into their bed where it feels so “warm and safe.” The Pajanimals travel to The Night Sky where the Moon comforts her and tells Sweet Pea Sue that her parents are very close by and will always be there if you need them.
2 Present for Mom / Queen for a Night

It’s Mom’s birthday and Apollo thinks the picture he painted as a present for Mom just isn’t good enough. When the Pajanimals travel to Birthday Land, Apollo asks Mr. Happy Birthday to help her find the right present, but he explains that Apollo’s picture is perfect because it comes from the heart. / The Pajanimals don’t like that Cowbella is being bossy, so they all travel to Storybook Land where Edwin makes Cowbella the Queen of the Realm! At first, Cowbella loves being Queen and ordering her friends to do things for her, but she soon realizes it’s just not as much fun as playing with your friends as equals.
3 Winning Isn't Everything / An Octopus Hug

Apollo gets upset because he never wins any of the games the Pajanimals are playing, so they travel to The Land of Play, where Coach Whistler invents a game called Pajama Tag. Apollo doesn’t want to play if he can’t win, but he soon realizes that winning doesn’t matter as long as you have fun. / Sweet Pea Sue can’t sleep at bedtime because she’s scared of a picture of an octopus she saw in a book. The Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea to meet Ellie, a real octopus, who is scared of the Pajanimals. Both Ellie and Sweet Pea Sue realize they have nothing to be scared of because they just want to be friends with each other.
4 Super Squacky / I'm Sorry, Really Sorry

Squacky is so excited to see a movie about his favorite superhero, Fantastic Splash, tomorrow, he keeps waking up in the middle of the night. In the Land of Hush, Bedtime Bunny sings Squacky a song and teaches him a calming exercise so he can sleep and be ready for the big movie tomorrow! / When Cowbella accidentally gets paint on Daisy Puff, she and Sweet Pea Sue get into a big fight. The Pajanimals travel to Storybook Land, where Magician Edwin reveals that he had a fight with his friend too because he accidentally turned him into a frog. Eventually, Cowbella, Sweet Pea Sue and Edwin all figure out that two magic words make friendships all better… I’m sorry.
5 Happy Birthday Sweetpea Sue / Blankie in the Laundry

It's Sweet Pea Sue's birthday tomorrow and she is nervous about the party - will everyone have a good time? Will they like the cake? The Pajanimals travel to Birthday Land, where Mr. Happy Birthday explains to Sweet Pea Sue that while all the party stuff is fun, the people are there to see you on your birthday because they care about you, so of course they will have a great time. / Squacky spills glue and glitter on his blankie and at bedtime, Squacky can’t sleep because his blankie is being washed! The Pajanimals travel to the Land of Hush where Bedtime Bunny helps Squacky to realize that all he needs at bedtime is something that reminds him of Mom and Dad, so Squacky goes to bed, snuggling his dinosaur Pete.
6 Try & Try Again / No Bath for Me
10/15/11
The Pajanimals are excited to have their first baseball practice tomorrow morning, but Apollo is nervous because he isn’t sure if he’ll be good at baseball. To ease his mind, the Pajanimals travel to the Land of Play, where Coach Whistler tells Apollo that it’s okay if he isn’t good at something at first, because he can always try it again. / Cowbella can’t sleep because she’s itchy from not taking a bath, so the Pajanimals travel to The Big, Blue Sea. When Cowbella tells Ellie that she’s never taking a bath again, it turns out Ellie also doesn’t like baths either! Ellie doesn’t like the stingy suds to get in her eyes, but she just closes her eyes and before you know it, she’s all clean! Cowbella gets an octopus hug from Ellie and returns home, ready to take a bath the next day!
7 A Colorful Problem / Light in the Sky
10/17/11
While the Pajanimals name their favorite color, Cowbella and Apollo are shocked to learn that they both love purple. Since they can’t both love purple the most, they bicker with one another until the Pajanimals all travel to the Friendly Forest to meet Jerry the Bear. Jerry explains to Cowbella and Apollo that in nature, creatures and plants share the same color all the time, and Apollo and Cowbella realize there is plenty of purple to share! / To help with Squacky’s fear of the dark, the Pajanimals travel to The Night Sky where The Moon tells Squacky and the others that there is nothing to fear at night because he is always watching over them as their light in the night sky.
8 Apollo's Special Day / Night Will Sing Us To Sleep
10/18/11
Tomorrow is Apollo’s birthday and Cowbella wishes it was her birthday so she could get all the cake and presents. In fact, she doesn’t even want to go to Apollo’s party! She's too jealous. Shocked, the Pajanimals travel to Birthday Land, where Mr. Happy Birthday explains to Cowbella that presents and cake are nice, but the fun part about a birthday party is spending time with the ones you love. And Cowbella needs to help Apollo have a great time at his birthday. / At bedtime, the Pajanimals hear lots of nighttime noises -- crickets, wind rustling trees, all escalating to the BOOM of some distant thunder. Sweet Pea Sue is nervous and can’t sleep, so they go to the Friendly Forest, where they wake up Jerry. Sweet Pea Sue tells him about the noises and Jerry suggests, in song, that all these different noises are just the night singing her to sleep. Back in the bedroom, the night sounds provide a soothing rhythm as they all fall asleep.
9 Game Day / Super Sweet Night
10/19/11
The Pajanimals have been outside all day, playing and having fun, but Squacky has been inside all day playing a video game. At bedtime, Squacky has loads of energy, so the Pajanimals travel to the Land of Play, where Coach Whistler explains that Squacky hasn’t done any physical activity all day. He needs to get some exercise so he can tire himself out, so Coach Whistler leads them in a round of calisthenics. After all that fun exercise, Squacky is finally ready for bed. / The Pajanimals come back from a party, each with a bag full of candy. While the others decide to save their candy for later, Cowbella decides to eat all of her candy right now, but then can’t go to sleep. They all travel to the Land of Hush, where Bedtime Bunny explains that eating too much candy makes you feel icky and helps Cowbella fall asleep by showing her a soothing relaxation exercise.
10 The Rocket Ride / Dream a Happy Dream
10/20/11
Everyone is excited for Apollo because he’s finally tall enough to ride a big ride at the amusement park tomorrow, but he’s secretly scared to ride on it. He decides that he will tell a tiny white lie about not feeling well so he doesn’t have to go to the park tomorrow. The others, thinking Apollo has a tummy ache, take him to Land of Hush, where Apollo tells Bedtime Bunny the truth. Bedtime Bunny explains to Apollo that telling the truth is always the best idea and his friends will understand… which they do. / Cowbella is afraid to go to sleep because she might have a bad dream, so the Pajanimals go to the Friendly Forest to meet Jerry, who assures her that those bad thoughts are just from her imagination. He also explains that if your imagination can make scary thoughts, it can also make happy thoughts. When they go back home, Cowbella lists all her “happy thoughts” while falling fast asleep, ready for a night of sweet dreaming.
11 Share Day / Tomorrow Is a Brand New Day

As the Pajanimals are planning what they are going to bring to “Share Day” tomorrow at preschool, Sweet Pea gets nervous when she realizes she’ll have to talk in front of people! The Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Ellie confesses that she feels shy lots of times too, but if you just remember that all your friends and family really want to hear what you have to say, it gets easier. Sweet Pea can’t wait to share Daisy Puff with everyone – she knows just what to say. / Apollo is having a bad day, everything is going wrong. At bedtime, Apollo can't sleep because he is just too upset. The Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky where the Moon tells Apollo that even though today was a bad day, tomorrow is a brand new chance to have a great day!
12 Puppy Love / Under the Bed

When the Pajanimals take care of Grandma and Grandpa’s puppy, they quickly learn about the responsibility that having a pet brings. At bedtime, the puppy is still energetic and won’t go to sleep, so the Pajanimals travel to the Land of Play. Coach Whistler teaches them that they need to work as a team! If they each do a particular task, taking care of the puppy won’t be so hard after all! / When Squacky thinks he sees a monster under his bed, the Pajanimals travel to Storybook Land and talk to Edwin, who explains that a lot of the things we’re scared of are just in our imagination. When Squacky finally looks under his bed, he sees there was no monster, just Pete, his stuffed dinosaur!
13 Not-So-Great Outdoors / Home Sweet Home
10/24/11
After a fun day outside, The Pajanimals are surprised to learn that Squacky didn’t have a good time and has decided that he’s never going outside again! The Pajanimals quickly take Squacky to the Friendly Forest to see Jerry, who sings all about The Friendly, Friendly Forest, where the flowers, the trees, and the bugs all sing along. Squacky gets swept up in the song and even makes friends with a cute little butterfly. Now Squacky loves the outdoors! / As the Pajanimals get ready for a big trip, they notice that Sweet Pea Sue is packing almost everything she owns because if she has to leave her home, she’s taking it with her. Unsure of what to do, the Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky, where the Moon explains to Sweet Pea Sue that even if you leave, your home will always be there for you, waiting for you to return.
14 Oops! / Sing A Pajanimal Song

Squacky is excited because he doesn’t have to wear a pull up to bed for the first time ever! But that night, Squacky gets sad because he had an accident and wet his bed. When they travel to the Night Sky, the Moon reminds Squacky not to drink too much water before bed and explains to him that it’s okay to have accidents and these feelings will pass. / The Pajanimals have formed a band and when they play their new song, Apollo keeps making mistakes, which frustrates him and leads to him quitting the band. The Pajanimals don’t want Apollo to quit the band, so they all travel to Storybook Land, where Edwin shares with Apollo that he too has felt frustrations, but if you practice, you will get better and the feeling of frustration will pass!
15 Let's Play Together / Mountains of Messiness
8/28/12
Sweet Pea Sue and Apollo want to play a new game they learned at school called “Steps and Stairs.” Since it’s a big kid game, they say that Squacky and Cowbella can’t play, which hurts their feelings. In the Land of Play, Coach Whistler teaches Apollo and Sweet Pea Sue that you shouldn’t exclude people from playing games and tells them his golden rule, “You can’t say you can’t play.” / The Pajanimals have made a huge mess and while they are cleaning it up before bed, Cowbella has a great idea… what if they don’t clean it up? At bedtime, she can’t find Princess Lucy and doesn’t like having to go to bed without her. In the Land of Build It, Cleveland also can’t find his tools amongst his own mess, but Claude explains that all the two of them have to do is clean up their mess!
16 Time Out for Two / The Cow's Meow
8/9/12
When Squacky and Cowbella have a fight, they both get a time out so they can calm down. Later, they both get worried that Mom may be angry with them because she seemed mad when they got into their fight. In the Land of Hush, Bedtime Bunny explains that Mom isn’t angry with them, she just put them in time out to teach them important rules because she loves them very much. / When the Pajanimals are playing “house,” Sweet Pea Sue wants Cowbella to play the family puppy, but she would rather be a kitty. Her constant “meow-ing” frustrates Sweet Pea Sue and she doesn’t want to play anymore. At bedtime, Sweet Pea and Cowbella are mad at each other, so they go see Jerry, who explains that when you play games together, it’s important to use cooperation.
17 The Wonderfully Different Squacky / A Laugh a Minute
8/30/12
The Pajanimals are each naming something about themselves that is different, such as Apollo’s green fur or Cowbella’s horns, when they all agree that Squacky is the most different of all. This hurts Squacky’s feelings because he doesn’t want to be different. The Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Granny Pearl tells Squacky that we are all different and that is what makes us special! / Squacky performs a magic show for the Pajanimals, but when his grand finale goes wrong, Sweet Pea Sue thinks it’s very funny! The problem is, it wasn’t supposed to be funny and her laughter hurts Squacky’s feelings. The Pajanimals travel to the Land of Hush, where Bedtime Bunny explains to Sweet Pea that it’s okay to laugh with your friends, but not at your friends.
18 Ouch / Off to My School Adventure
8/31/12
Apollo scrapes his knee while riding his scooter, which leads him to proclaim that he’ll never ride his scooter again! Concerned, the Pajanimals take Apollo to the Land of Play to see Coach Whistler. The Coach explains to Apollo that even though he hurt himself, Apollo loves riding his scooter, so when you scrape your knee, brush yourself off and try it again! / Sweet Pea Sue and Apollo are going to begin school tomorrow and Sweet Pea is nervous because Mom and Dad won’t be there to answer all of her questions! The Pajanimals go see Jerry and Otis, who explain that they met years ago in school and they were also nervous and had questions, but that’s why the teacher is there. Sweet Pea Sue feels better knowing that the teacher is there to help her on her first day of school.
19 Team Fort / The Dentist Jitters
9/1/11
Squacky and Apollo borrow blankets from Sweet Pea Sue and Cowbella to build a fort, which is fine until the girls decide they also want to build a fort. There are no blankets left and this leads to an argument between the boys and girls. They all travel to the Land of Build It, where Claude and Cleveland show the Pajanimals that there is an easy solution to the problem… teamwork. When they return home, they all decide to build one big fort tomorrow together… as a team. / Sweet Pea Sue is nervous because tomorrow is her first dentist appointment. The Pajanimals travel to Storybook Land, where Edwin the royal dentist explains to Sweet Pea Sue that she has nothing to worry about. Dentists are nice and they just want to keep your teeth healthy. To ease Sweet Pea’s worries, Apollo even agrees to get a dental exam and he assures her that it’s fine!
20 Pajanimal Dance Party / I Can Do It Better
9/2/12
The Pajanimals have some time before bed, so they decide to have a dance party, where they sing many of their favorite songs, including a full length lullaby sung by the Pajanimals themselves! /Apollo and Sweet Pea Sue begin competing at many different things, all ending in a fight about who is better at everything. That night, neither of them can stop competing, so they travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Granny Pearl explains to both of them that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and you can’t be the best at everything and that’s okay.
21 Spooky Costumes / No More Bullies
9/3/12
After going to a Halloween party, Cowbella reveals that she is nervous about trick or treating tomorrow because she didn’t like all the scary vampires and zombies they saw at the party today. The Pajanimals travel to Storybook Land, where Edwin explains to Cowbella that there’s nothing to be scared of. Those vampires and werewolves, etc. are just costumes that the big kids wear to have fun, just like her pretty princess costume! / The Pajanimals notice that Apollo is self conscious about his ears and they find out that someone at school has been making fun of him, telling him his ears are too big. They travel to The Friendly Forest, where Jerry tells the Pajanimals that bullying is never okay. He instructs them to tell the kids to stop and if that doesn’t work, then be sure to tell the teacher.
22 Off to Work They Go / Joy to the World
9/4/12
Aunt Sally is coming over to babysit the Pajanimals tomorrow because both Mom and Dad are going off to work for the first time! The Pajanimals love Aunt Sally, but they don’t understand why Mom has to go to work. They travel to the Land of Build It, where Cleveland and Clive explain that Mom and Dad work because they love them and want to take care of them. / The Pajanimals are excited that Christmas is coming! Squacky really hopes he gets the new Fantastic Splash Super Sub, but then becomes worried because he thinks, “What if I don’t get the sub?” Squacky can’t sleep that night, so the Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky, where the Moon tells Squacky that Christmas isn’t about the presents that you get… it’s about spending time with the people you love and sharing holiday traditions with one another.
23 Special Things / Mom is Amazing

While playing, Squacky says that he will share any of his things with Apollo, except for his blankie because blankie is too special. At bedtime, Apollo is mad because he always shares his stuff with Squacky. The Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Granny Pearl tells Apollo that it’s good to share, but it’s also okay to have one extra special thing that is just for you, like Squacky’s blankie. / Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and the Pajanimals have decided to help Mom with her chores, but they quickly realize that Mom does A LOT of chores for the family. Not sure what to do, the Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky, where the Moon tells them that just recognizing all that Mom does and offering to help her is a great gift for not just Mother’s Day, but any day.
24 One Teacup, Two Friends / Mind Your Manners
8/31/12
Cowbella and Sweet Pea Sue get teacups as a gift from Grandma, but when they arrive, Sweet Pea’s tea cup is broken. Sweet Pea Sue gets mad at Cowbella because she won’t share her cup, so the Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky, where the moon explains that Cowbella and Sweet Pea Sue are family, and family should always make it each other feel better. When they return home, the two girls decide the best thing to do is share the teacup. / The Pajanimals don’t think that good manners matter at the table until they find out they are going to have a formal breakfast with Grandma tomorrow. Unsure of what to do, they travel to Storybook Land, where King Edwin is setting up a royal banquet, where the Pajanimals can practice for their breakfast. The Pajanimals return home, confident and ready for their breakfast.
25 Snow Business / Accidents Can Happen
12/18/12
The Pajanimals are all excited for the first snow of winter and they can’t wait to play outside, but it’s time for bed. That night, the Pajanimals can’t sleep because they’re just too excited about the snow, so they go see Bedtime Bunny, who says that waiting can be hard, but it’s a part of life and that good things come to those who wait. The Pajanimals think about this and realize Bedtime Bunny is right. If they wait, there will be even more snow on the ground in the morning! / The Pajanimals are playing a very fun game and Cowbella doesn’t want to stop playing, which leads to her having an “accident.” That night, Cowbella is upset because she fears Mom will make her go back to wearing diapers, so the Pajanimals visit the Big Blue Sea where Granny Pearl explains to Cowbella that she is in charge of her body, which means you have to listen to your body and stop what you’re doing if you have to go potty.
26 I Was a Baby? / We're Going Camping
9/9/12
Squacky feels like he can’t do anything because his older brother Apollo is better at many things than he is. To help Squacky feel better, the Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Granny Pearl reminds Squacky of how far he’s come since he was a little baby and couldn’t even walk. She reminds him that Apollo may be able to do more things than he can, but he’ll get there too! / The Pajanimals are excited about their upcoming camping trip, until they realize that camping means they have to sleep outside at night! To help with their worries, they go see Jerry in the Friendly Forest, who explains that sleeping out in nature is great: you get count the stars, sleep in sleeping bags and play fun games. When they return home, the Pajanimals can’t wait to begin their camping adventure!

About this show

Pajanimals is a television series for young children that features four of the most cuddly puppet characters to ever come out of The Jim Henson Company. From the comfort of their bedroom, the Pajanimals explore a larger world through imaginary adventures. Each journey leads to the same discovery: that the world around them is welcoming and safe, and that nighttime is a cozy, special time when accompanied by friendship and a song.
