American Woman

I so simply loved this movie. Everything about it is right, just perfect. it all fits together & never misses a beat without being overly sentimental or dramatic. It is a woman's life no holds barred & what do you do when the worst thing you could possibly imagine happens. You keep on living. You cannot pick one outstanding thing out of this movie, it is the sum of it's whole and a fully realized ensemble effort. If i said one part of the script, the cinematography, the acting, anything was better than another I would be lying and do an enormous dis-service to all of it and everyone who participated in the making of it. Very rarely do you come across a movie where you know take one thing away and it would be incomplete. I would not change a thing and i recommend this one to anybody who loves the true art of movies not Blockbusters but the ones that may change you a little by adding to your life something quiet & special. Bravo

Tremendous acting. Loved the characters. A deeply emotional story about hope, resilience and change. I recommend that you watch this movie

Gritty, real life drama, very well played. The title is unfortunate.
