After being stuck in the mundane routine of civilian life, a retired Army vet jumps at the chance to escort a controversial journalist to South America to interview a ruthless dictator. Upon arrival, a coup breaks out, forcing the unlikely team of the Ranger, the journalist, and the dictator to work together, stop the coup, and get out of the country alive.
