It's a decent show. I like the relationship and banter between the characters Monroe and Miles. Most of the the other characters are ok with some standout performances. It's an interesting and original plot. Like most post-apocalyptic stories, this one presents hard choices for the good guys as they seek to survive against great odds. I really didn't like how the nano became an almost insurmountable threat. It made the story sort of difficult to invest in because beating the nano seems impossible. Too much of the plot though resolves around characters being taken prisoner or hostage constantly and being rescued. No main characters die. Rinse and repeat. If this show had been on Netflix or HBO i would imagine the writers would have had more freedom to show what human behaviour would really be like in a world like this but being on NBC limited their creative license. If you enjoy scifi and end-of-the-world stories, you'll at least want to check this out.

I am re-watching this show because it was one of the best shows on tv in 2013 but even today I find it still refreshing. I say bring it back. There was so much that could still be done with it and wanted more. The way the world is today, it looks like our nation is divided just like in this show. Lets look at some of the similarities. War, race, famine, killings, drug wars, computer hackers, ISIS at our backs. It's a backdrop for this show. It could be done. The nanos could heal and take care of the bad guys. One fall swoop. We need drastic change in our country, THE USA. Come on John Favreau bring it back. We need a pick me up for our country.

This is my new fix to the ending of Breaking Bad. Yes "from a physics stand point" it's 10% UN-realistic. But 90% absolutely possible. I can't even start to imagine how much extraordinary work went into every single detail in this show. The CGI is abundant but the most well done out of any sc-fi tv series I have ever seen. Done listen to any heckler here their obviously a negative nobody. Watch the first show for yourself and then try to turn it off
