About this movie

"Will Ferrell shines" (Detroit News) as Nick, a career salesman who loses his wife and his job in the worst day of his life. Faced with his life imploding, Nick puts it all on the line -- or, rather, on the lawn -- as he moves himself and all his possessions to his front yard. Based on the short story by Raymond Carver, EVERYTHING MUST GO is "Will Ferrell as you've never seen him" (Rolling Stone) in this unflinching comedy about what happens after life falls apart.

This is quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen. Don't even think about watching it. Depressing, pointless, humorless, poor cinematics, crappy script, and a waste of time. Go bang your head against a wall instead and you'll be making a better decision. Will Farrell loses a lot of credit in my eyes for doing this movie. Fans beware, you're risking your fanhood by renting this movie.

Barely anything! So about an hour in you get some"wisdom" but then it drags on and then JUST ENDS! Horrible, HORRIBLE movie and I watched it because I really like Will Farrell! Seriously, don't waste your time:(

In my opinion I expected to be more comedy as its in the comedy genre. To me it lacked alot of comedy but that was replaced with emotion, character building, and just something that can happen to anyone. Will Ferrell did amazing in this film although not his best I loved it and recommend it.
