Mister Rogers visits with a florist who shows different kinds of flowers. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the King announces that Sara Saturday is the special guest. Lady Aberlin gives a flower arrangement to Sara Saturday as a gift.

Mister Rogers makes a paste from flour and water and creates a collage. Handyman Negri visits and makes a collage. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri delivers wallpaper to the castle. A room is decorated for Sara Saturday.
