I've watched this show for years...I love it for many reasons. It is sad to see the family, particularly the marriage, split up. For some reason because we watch the show we feel like that gives us the right to judge them. That's not fair to anyone. We see this family for, at most, an hour a week. We don't know them. I feel bad for ALL of them...divorce effects everyone, and you could sense the tension in everyone every episode, primarily season 10 on until the divorce.

I love this show and most of all I love Amy I think she's a wonderful woman and her ex-husband Matt would show her some of the the understanding and compassion that she shows him every time he talked about her he's always kicking her down and he's always talking negative about her and I don't think that's right if he would have showed her some understanding and compassionate doing that marriage I feel that they would still be married to me he he's more like a bully than a husband. She did more.
