When Hiccup and Toothless begin sharing stories of their special relationship with their respective families as they prepare for the Snoggletog Festival, it quickly becomes clear that the new generation of Vikings don't remember the bond between dragon and human. This leads Hiccup to make a plan to celebrate dragons with a grand holiday pageant reminding everyone in New Berk that dragons and humans are forever bonded.

It made me smile! I want more I like dragons too. This tugged my heart. I love toothless kids they are so cute. More of these would be great. It was also funny at some parts of it.

Kinda retconned the ending of The Hidden World. After all the work that was put into friendships between Vikings and Dragons from the 3 movies, the Vikings are back hating and fearing dragons again?! Hard to believe that Hiccup didn't know that Toothless saved him from the accident he had in his costume, and that Zephyr met Toothless backstage to realize dragons aren't all scary. The Hidden World ending had Hiccup show both his kids Toothless, this special wasn't necessary.
