Swartzkoff;s "battle plan that mirrors General Robert Lee's winning strategy at Vicksburg during the American Civil War" WTF? Are they lazy or just stupid? Lee fought for the rebels, who LOST at Vicksburg. And, he was in Virginia, around 1000 miles away while Grant was winning the battle for the union.
