I really like this chaps enthusiasm. keeping the original design of the original houses with not so much moderisation to now but using a better fit out to use modern kitchenware. As a golden oldy not all kitchenware of yesterday was garbage, more or too much of today's stuff is that. I am a cast iron cook. Some pieces 1876. like all things if you look after it , it will serve you well. That means people and animals included. Brett shows real excitement, which is catching. Thanks and keep it up.
