Genndy Tartakovsky delivers an incredible cinematographic experience in a 5 episode, heavy hitting animated series. He has been one of my personal favorite artists since I was a child growing up with Samurai Jack, and continues his success with Primal, a tale of a Man at the dawn of his kind, and a Dinosaur at the end of her's. United by fate, the duo travel the land together and face the unknown terrors and wonders of prehistoric Earth. The raw emotion, dynamic action, and cinematography served in Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal make it a very worthy addition to my movie collection for all time. Please enjoy ~Darwin K. Thompson~

With great animation comes with really emotional scenes. You get this. Primal is probably the best out of Genndy Tartakovsky, (Samurai Jack, Dexter's Laboratory And the Hotel Transylvania series) And Adult Swim. It deserves to be the best of this Tartakovsky saga. I don't care if there is 5 episodes. It's still one of Adult Swim's Best shows and or Miniseries... Don't worry Aqua Teen Hunger Force..... your still one of my favorite cartoons.

Just wow. This is some of the most exciting and emotional story telling I have ever seen in animation. Not a single word of dialog, yet the story is more engaging and the characters are more memorable than most of the "blockbuster" movies I've seen in recent years. Brutal and dark, yet run through with slivers of humor and even beauty. Action packed. If you enjoy visual story telling, you must check this out.
