I wouldn't recommend it for people to watch because it makes me feel sick to my stomach. It is so disgusting it's almost like small town hell.To be honest the first couple seasons were good and got me hooked but it slowly evolved into the worst and most disturbing show i have ever watched. The thought that kids might ever do that and murder people it makes me wonder if anything is ever safe because of kids getting the idea of this in there minds. This is how deranged psycho paths are influenced. It hits these kids at a young age causing them to do harm like in this show to others. Speaking as a younger teen this show has made me realize why and how kids do things awful because they are influenced by bad shows.

The season 1 finale solidified Riverdale's place as 2017's best new show! As much as I enjoyed the first few episodes, I had a huge problem with one particular storyline. I call myself an "Archie Purist" because I prefer the traditional digests over the newer contemporary comic book issues, but I was on board with all the comic-to-tv changes except when it came to Mrs. Grundy. That being said, I've been 100% on board with Episode 4 and onward! This show brings tons of drama, comedy, mystery, suspense, and action. Regardless of the different ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, races, and orientations the writing is so good that you find something to relate to in every character. Riverdale excels in making both the high school students and their parents equally exciting to watch, which makes this show appealing to an even wider demographic. The acting of the main ensemble is fantastic. The music both sung and used in the background is great. I've been able to get my friend who originally refused to watch the show (another "Archie Purist") and another friend (who never read the comics at all) to give Riverdale a chance and they're hooked now too!

The first season made sense, which is why it got such an uproar but it didnt live up to the hype going on. This show feels bogged down by the writers with the cringy lines and situations. I've tried to watch the show but it's like watching a burning trash can raging into a forest fire. It's a sad excuse for teen drama. Like I'm a teen myself and this is cringe.
