About this show

Master baker of Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, New Jersey, Buddy is the cake boss. He supervises a team that includes his mother, four older sisters and three brothers-in-law. And when you're working with family on a daily basis, there is bound to be a lot of drama.

I wish there would be at least 1 to 3 free episodes! I love this show but can't afford to be buying my favorite shows and movies right now. PLEASE add some free episodes to this.

Buddy you are my idol! The moment I started watching your show from season 1 I knew that's what I wanted to do. Now I am gaining baking experience and have an opportunity to work at a major bakery here in Oregon. The best thing that ever happened to me was visit your bake shop in hoboken. I tried a lobster tail lol...UR AMAZING!!!!

Great dessert chef. He makes the most amazing cakes. Gives great ideas, and recipes, with hand owns directions to try to make your own.
