About this show

When an inept clerk in the army is accidentally promoted to captain and sent to take charge of Fort Courage, a small frontier post manned by F Troop, a bumbling band of misfits who can't fight — and don't want to — things get real ... real funny! First released in 1965, this comedy about the Wild West will delight fans old and new.

Loved it when I was five and my Grandma even made me a uniform when I was little. I was really into this show and watched it whenever re-runs came on. In my teens and later, re-runs were few and far between. To bad it only ran for 2 seasons. I do feel the black and white first season was the better of the 2. I finally found them at Sam's Club about 15 years ago. One of the best shows made.

I'm 34 years old, this was way before me, but luckily through my parents and nick at night back in the day, I was able to see awesome shows like this. If you haven't seen F-Troop, you are totally missing out!!!

I just can't understand why we don't get to see good shows like this one anymore.
