About this show

SAY IT TO MY FACE! is a unique entrepreneurial make-over format that gives one chef or business owner the chance to defend themselves to their toughest online critics. Some issues are valid but some are not, so can they convince their detractors to come back for a second helping and change their reviews? Critics and owners meet face to face to air grievances. Then, with the mentorship of our credible hosts Michael Chernow and Daniel Holzman, each owner has a week to transform their restaurant and redeem their business to the same group of digital complainers.
