Snatched

Had a chance to rewatch it without distractions and tbh i actually enjoyed myself... Ya sure there's some lowbrow jokes in there but idk where yall are coming from re: stolen jokes and bits ala dane cook... U guys either came in with a bias or had excessive expectations that weren't met. If u sit back and just enjoy it for what it is its entertaining! I stand by that, Sykes and Cusack are hilarious, Ike Barinholtz was funny (and im not generally a fan) Hawn goes without saying and Amy did a good job as well, but more importantly the writing was solid! Ya know Sandler, whose been grabbing the low fruit as of late, would be way more deserved of ur criticisms yet oddly u seem to feel u must opine and go off on schumer... All im saying is perhaps all the hate and bile should look inwards to thier motives for being of such. Personally i find her an absolute brilliant comedian as do i respect and admire her personal agendum. Granted the latter isnt relevant in a review of Snatched.. but it may just be about the reviewers and the prevailing negative and overtly spiteful plus personal attacks. Again i will state that a mind like hers is a rare and hugely valuable asset, tho it comes with the awareness that one has to endure the apparent hoards of, well short sighted dillweeds that seem to me more prevent contrary to conventional wisdom and the fact that as a rule humans gain around 3 iq points every subsequent generation. But i have to say im very discouraged even though i chose naivete and to continue to give humanity the benefit of the doubt... Ya ik, of course im setting myself up for, well perpetual and likely terminal heartbreak. Come on guys ffs... Lets get past all this and help one another out not merely tear down our neighbors simply cause its in our nature... Sighh nuff said.. And i apologize for the rant... Just one guys humble opinion... Yall should review the film and not bash Schumer, whose done alot as a citizen of the world, and furthered the opportunities afforded to women in comedy. Sure the film itself wasnt great, but talk about that not her appearance et al. You should be so lucky to have a mind like that (well its kinda a curse, but heck) and well.. Yall suck imo... Mehh, meh i say to you all
