About this movie

Peppermint is an action thriller which tells the story of young mother Riley North (Garner) who awakens from a coma after her husband and daughter are killed in a brutal attack on the family. When the system frustratingly shields the murderers from justice, Riley sets out to transform herself from citizen to urban guerilla. Channeling her frustration into personal motivation, she spends years in hiding honing her mind, body and spirit to become an unstoppable force – eluding the underworld, the LAPD and the FBI- as she methodically delivers her personal brand of justice.

Thought Garner did am amazing job. Many may not agree but it’s my opinion so. May not be suitable to those who oppose guns but to those who agree with the 2nd amendment we agree. The bad guys threw the rule book out so why not this mom who is pissed justice wasn’t served for her family. The justice system failed her. It doesn’t give anyone, ( that means anyone of color, race, gender or identity) to get away with a crime . Were the justice system failed to do, this women decided to get justice for herself. For those who don’t agree , I don’t care and if this happened to my family I hope I would be able to find the strength to be as creative and articulate a plan like this mother did.(even though we know we wouldn’t act on the plan) I enjoyed this movie and would watch it again.

You people who put politics in everything really need to get a life. This had nothing to do with feminism or liberalism or conservatism. It's a movie about a wife and mother who had to take the law into her own hands, and boy did she KICK ASS doing it. We live in a violent world, so sometimes good people have to pick up guns to protect themselves, defend others, and get some justice. Jennifer Garner did women proud with a showing of strength and vulnerability to avenge her family. Great movie!!

I really wanted to like this movie, but it was meh. The killers who laughed in her face, their lawyer and judge who was the main reason for Garner to get revenge they didn't even show her killing them what a waste. I hated how they just showed us their dead bodies or mentioned they were killed. Then they wasted the whole movie killing all these random guys. This movie didn't fit her at all I'll never watch it again.
