Started so strong and then died. Can't get through season 4. Tony always gets put of bad situations based almost entirely on luck. Problems solve themselves most of the time, and nothing big happens. Eventually the writers just start doing things in the show that are clearly because they have no more ideas. Its sad really.

You'll love this. Personally, I liked everything but the last couple of seasons. It started getting too convoluted to keep my attention. I ended up hearing about the finale from my dad, and just thought: "typical". No spoilers here, but you might get disappointed by the ending. Overall, this was a great show. Casting was great and Gandolfini was perfect.

Mesmerizing yet so hollow, devoid of any hope or connection to anything real or meaningful. Entertaining, most certainly, but always with the realization that true honor is an unknown concept to the greedy. An allegory to the illusion of the worship of false values.
