This is a very good movie, it's one of those movies with very few characters in it. Though what Fredrick did was totally wrong the author has a way of making you feel sorry for him and his psychopathic mindset.

I went to see this movie with my mother when I was a young girl and I never forgot it. I absolutely loved it and the book is even better!

Excellent. It is a creepy story that is not dumbed down. Something that could actually happen. John Fowles best work.
