When Michelle (Kaylee DeFer) accidentally causes the death of three innocents in a horrific car crash, three siblings become obsessed with seeking revenge against her. The wannabe vigilantes trap her in their terrifying playground of evil and play psychologically and physically abusive games with her, intent on purging her sins.
