The Submarine Kid

Spencer Koll, a United States Marine, returns home from three tours and struggles to acclimate to civilian life. Haunted by an incident overseas, he distances himself from family, friends and his girlfriend. While working at a local bookstore to distract himself, Spencer gravitates towards a young woman on her own journey, and they enter into a mystical, but destructive relationship. They will each ultimately have to face their demons and make a choice about the direction their lives will go.
