Best modern day western themed crime mystery on television. Keeping track of the ongoing mystery story behind each weeks mystery is very encapsulating. Paying attention to all small details' be it a remark or action is so important to the whole story that you find yourself watching episodes over and over and learning the idiosyncrasies of every character. Consuming and educational are also thrown in the mix for a well rounded family program.

Modern day look at what the (N) West is like with great acting and richly-drawn characterizations of real-life people leading their daily lives. Craig Johnson's dynamic writing and engaging, believable plots grab you from the get-go, and the T.V. version does great justice to his vision of small-town Wyoming, and current issues between the townspeople and near-by life on the Cheyenne reservation. Topnotch acting by the entire cast and great directing put icing on an already tasty cake!
