About this movie

Based on the bestselling comic book, Vin Diesel stars as Ray Garrison, a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation. With an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he’s an unstoppable force –stronger than ever and able to heal instantly. But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too. Now, Ray doesn’t know what’s real and what’s not – but he’s on a mission to find out.

I love the concept behind it but poor execution. I like the variety of technology showcased throughout the film, quite frankly the only thing that kept me watching but boy is this movie very bland. Characters are quite boring, attempt at humor only kept taking me out of it and it's basically the whole, 'you murder my wife' cliche all over again. The film Upgrade did it way better.

Enjoyed this movie more than I thought I would because of all the negative reviews. I am a Vin Diesel fan though and I like Guy Pierce so.. I might be jaded. The premise seemed to hold up though, and besides a few weird choices made by the characters, it was fun and held my interest. It is 2020 and the year of limited releases and a movie/show drought and I was hesitant to watch this movie because of the reviews but with no other big blockbusters this summer and no end of boring tv/movies in sight. Treat yourself to this movie and pretend that things are a little more normal.

On first viewing I could almost understand the first 2/3rd, but the last scenes are just CGI mush. Why can't streaming movies have a buffer, FFS I paid over $20. I paid over $20 for this movie.Google Play's stream is barely passable, constantly doing the "Mom leave me alone I just need some time" continual circle.
