Fish-out-of-water comedy about a vapid model who is reincarnated as a brilliant plus-size lawyer. When Deb is killed in a car accident, she returns to life in the body of attorney Jane Bingum.

Deb discovers what life is like for plus-sized Jane; Grayson and Kim represent a man in a divorce case who wants his kidney back from his wife.

Jane has a difficult time controlling her emotions and is thrown in jail for contempt of court; Kim and Grayson sue a shrink.

Deb thinks she is dreaming when suddenly her mother is in the office. The joy gives way to disillusionment when she learns the reason for her arrival: she wants to get a divorce, and Jane will transfer legal representation in this matter.

Deb is only 24 but faces Jane's looming 32nd birthday; Kim and Greyson defend a man who created a Web site for married couples looking to cheat.

Jane represents a football mom who is brought to trial for jumping bail; Grayson's client, an aging actor, claims the paper erroneously ran his obituary.
